Shipping & Returns
Your online purchases will be sent using the company that provides the best service for you in each case. After validation of the payment received, it will be collected by the transport company the next business day. We do not ship on holidays and non-business days. Unfortunately, the delivery process is not in our hands, so we cannot take responsibility for non-compliance by the transport company.

The costs vary, depending on the purchase and country or area of delivery.

The costs are subject to change at any time. Also because of possible special requirements, the cost of shipping artwork (paintings or sculptures) will depend on a shipping quote.

Xchanges and returns.
Online purchases can be returned (Law 7/1996 of January 15) and our policy of returns, cancellations, and exchanges is as follows: If you wish to return your purchase you should e-mail us at in-fo@montondetrigomontondepaja.com
Within the first 10 working days after reception of the order, including in the text the receipt number, description of the article you wish to return and the reason. We will then contact you with instructions. The purchase should be returned without being used, if possible, and with original tags and packaging. We will inform you when we receive the return and if accepted. If accepted, you will be reimbursed within a month. HERMANOS HUERTAS, C.B. will only pay the shipping costs if the return was our fault. If the return is not accepted, we can return it to you, if desired, with the corresponding shipping costs.
